What's a 'Sketchwalk'?

'Sketchwalk' is an activity where you capture the details and atmosphere of a place in real-time by sketching it.
The core idea of KL Sketch Nation (KLSN)'s sketchwalks is to actively observe the surroundings of and draw at a location where you share a physical space with like-minded individuals. Besides being a nice way to try urban sketching and practice drawing via a mirroring activity, it's also a wonderful way to make new friends!
KLSN sketchwalks are open to public and are beginner-friendly. We schedule our sketchwalks a few times a year (we try to do it monthly) and the plan is to sketch at different locations each time, usually around the KL/Selangor area.
Come join us if you can! :)
